Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery rates and times

United Kingdom – 3–5 business days.
Up to 1kg: £3.50
1–2kg: £4.50
2–10kg: £8.00
10–20kg: £12.50

20-30kg: £30.00

Republic of Ireland – 3–5 business days.
Up to 1kg: £9.00
1–2kg: £10.50
2–20kg: £16.00

20-30kg: £50.00

Rest of Europe – 5–8 business days. Rates start from £12.50 and vary by destination and weight.

The exact rate for your order is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the items in your basket. Delivery to some remote areas of Scotland, offshore islands and other outlying areas may take longer, and any additional charges are shown at checkout.

Couriers

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL depending on the size and weight of your order.

Collection

Collection from our Fivemiletown depot is available as an option at checkout.
